  1. The information contained within the Nutritional Assessments and Dietary Lifestyle Reports is provided for the sole purpose of identifying those foods and food supplements, and any ingredients contained therein, that, if used properly, in accordance with recommendations by a qualified healthcare practitioner or label directions of products, may assist in the support of body systems in healthy persons.
  2. None of the advice contained within the Nutritional Assessment and the Dietary Lifestyle Advice is to be regarded as providing diagnoses of existing or potential ailments or diseases or as providing therapies for any such specific ailments or diseases.
  3. Users are instructed that a qualified healthcare practitioner should be consulted before the commencement of any diet, exercise regime or supplementation programme and such consultation is considered essential where the user is suffering from or being treated for a diagnosed, suspected or potential medical ailment or disease.
  4. Users are reminded that the information provided in the Nutritional Assessment and the Dietary and Lifestyle Report pertains only to the individual who has provided the Personal Profile upon which that information is based; use of this information is restricted to that individual.
  5. Users must pay the stipulated charges for each Report, whether electronic or in hard copy, including any additional postal charges.
  6. Users’ credit/debit cards will be charged once for each Report and personal credit/debit card details will be subsequently disposed of for security reasons.
  7. Users choosing to subscribe to the Members Club are entitled to a range of payment options: charges to be paid in advance, annually or quarterly.
  8. All health shops recommended on the results page of the My Natural Wellbeing web site are independent of My Natural Wellbeing.
  9. Users are instructed that through posting messages to a bulletin board system, submission of email, input of information, uploading of files or engaging in any other form of communication through My Natural Wellbeing’s web site, you are granting My Natural Wellbeing a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to:
    1. a. Use, copy, edit, post, sub-licence, adapt, transmit, and, but not limited to, publicly display any such communication, with the following exception

  16. Users may cancel their programme at any time by providing notice of cancellation in writing (email or post) to Total Being Life Ltd at least five working days in advance of the next payment due.
